Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they find useful. GA4 uses anonymized IP addresses and does not collect personally identifiable information. You can opt out of GA4 tracking by using a browser extension or enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser settings.
Third-Party Services
The breathing timer loads fonts from Google Fonts and icons from Lucide (via unpkg CDN). These services may log your IP address as part of standard HTTP requests. We do not share any data with these services beyond what the browser sends automatically.
Children's Privacy
This site is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
